# Brand classification

## **Brand Classification**

Every product listed on LX INDIA must be classified according to its actual brand status. For the purpose of this Policy, products are broadly classified as **Unbranded or Generic Products, Seller's Own Brand, Third Party Branded Products,** or **Brand with Trademark (TM)**.

Sellers should select the classification that genuinely applies to their product. Brand information must not be changed or presented differently to obtain a listing advantage, avoid verification requirements, or create a misleading impression about the identity or ownership of a product.
