## Completion of settlement and future adjustments

Where such circumstances arise, LX INDIA may make reasonable adjustments through the Seller's wallet, future settlements, transaction ledger, or other account records maintained by the Platform.

Where an order fails to complete successfully due to events occurring during shipment or delivery, including damage in transit, tampering, missing contents, loss, or similar issues, responsibility for pursuing claims against the logistics provider, carrier, insurer, or other responsible party shall generally remain with the Seller unless otherwise agreed by LX INDIA in writing.

Where LX INDIA incurs non-refundable payment processing or gateway charges in connection with a transaction that subsequently fails, is reversed, or becomes subject to recovery, LX INDIA may recover the corresponding unrecoverable cost from the Seller through wallet adjustments, settlement deductions, or future recoveries. Such recovery shall not constitute a penalty and shall merely represent reimbursement of an actual transaction cost already incurred.

All applicable adjustments and recoveries shall be transparently reflected in the Seller's wallet records, settlement reports, invoices, transaction statements, or other relevant account records maintained by the Platform. Once a settlement amount has been successfully transferred to the Seller's registered and verified bank account in accordance with this Policy, LX INDIA's settlement obligation in respect of that payout cycle shall be deemed completed, subject to any subsequent adjustments permitted under the Seller Agreement, applicable law, or Platform policies.

Since settlements are ordinarily released only after completion of the applicable return, replacement, refund, dispute, and review periods, further adjustments are generally not expected. However, certain exceptional circumstances may arise after settlement that require additional reconciliation or recovery.

Such circumstances may include chargebacks, payment reversals, regulatory directions, correction of accounting errors, duplicate settlements, fraud investigations, technical errors, post-settlement refunds, shipment loss claims, damaged goods claims, missing-item claims, or other events affecting the underlying transaction.
