## Core principles of the LX INDIA commission & fees policy

At LX INDIA, we believe that sellers deserve clarity, predictability, and fairness in every financial interaction on the Platform. Our Commission & Fee framework has been designed to be simple, transparent, and easy to understand, so sellers always know what charges apply and why.

LX INDIA follows the below principles:

### **• No hidden charges .**

Every applicable deduction, including commission, statutory deductions, will be clearly communicated and reflected in the seller wallet, invoices, or settlement reports.

### **• Transparent listing options.**

LX INDIA provides sellers with the flexibility to choose between self listing and assisted listing services.

Self-listing option:
 Sellers may independently upload and manage their product listings through the self listing facility provided by LX INDIA. Sellers opting for self listing can list up to 500 products without any listing fee, subject to the applicable Platform terms and limits.

If a seller requires additional listing capacity beyond the free self listing limit, LX INDIA may require the seller to subscribe to an applicable membership or subscription plan.

Assisted listing service:
 Sellers may choose to avail product onboarding and listing assistance from the LX INDIA team. Such assistance is a paid service and the applicable charges will be communicated to the seller before availing the service.

Currently, LX INDIA charges ₹2,000 for every 100 product listings (or part thereof) added through the assisted listing service.

These charges are service fees for the listing assistance provided by LX INDIA and are separate from commission, subscription fees, or other applicable deductions. Sellers who choose self listing will not be charged these assisted listing service fees.

### **• One clear commission rate per category.**

Each product category has a defined commission rate applicable to the products sold under that category.

The applicable commission includes the payment processing costs incurred by LX INDIA for facilitating transactions through available payment gateways.

Payment gateway charges may vary depending on the payment gateway used, payment method selected by the Buyer, transaction type, and applicable rates charged by the payment service provider. Such charges may differ for domestic payments, international card payments, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other payment methods.

Sellers will not be separately charged for payment processing costs, as such costs are incorporated within the applicable commission structure.

• Only applicable deductions will be applied.
 The seller's settlement amount shall be subject only to the applicable marketplace commission, GST on the commission, and Tax Collected at Source (TCS), as required under applicable law. No other deductions shall be made unless expressly agreed to by the seller or otherwise required by law.

### **• You receive the balance amount after applicable deductions.**

After applying the applicable commission, GST on the commission, Tax Collected at Source (TCS), and any adjustment expressly permitted under the Seller Terms or required by applicable law, the remaining amount will be credited to the seller wallet and settled in accordance with the LX INDIA Settlement Policy.

These principles ensure that the LX INDIA fee structure remains clear, consistent, and fair for sellers of all sizes.
