# Customised and made-to-order products

## Customised and made-to-order products

For the purpose of this Policy, customised or made-to-order products are products that are created, manufactured, assembled, modified or prepared specifically for an individual buyer based on buyer specifications, preferences or requirements.

This includes:

- products personalised with names, text, images, logos or other content;

- products manufactured only after an order is placed;
- products created according to measurements or specifications provided by buyers;
- products designed or modified based on buyer requirements;
- and products that are otherwise not maintained as standard ready-to-dispatch inventory.

LX INDIA reserves the right to determine whether a product falls within the scope of this Policy. Sellers shall not classify standard products as customised products for the purpose of avoiding applicable cancellation, return or replacement obligations.
