## Eligibility and protection of minors

LX INDIA is intended for use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law. LX INDIA does not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors. If LX INDIA becomes aware that information relating to a minor has been inadvertently submitted through the marketplace, appropriate steps may be taken to investigate, restrict, or delete such information.
