## How customer payments are received and recorded

## **Seller wallet and settlement records**

Whenever a customer places an order on the Platform and successfully completes payment, the payment is received through the payment infrastructure designated by LX INDIA and is recorded against the relevant transaction in the seller's account.

For each successful order, the full order value is reflected in the Seller Wallet or settlement ledger maintained by the Platform.

From the order value, the following deductions may be accounted for, where applicable:

1. Commission payable to LX INDIA in accordance with the applicable Commission Policy.
2. GST on the commission amount at the applicable rate prescribed under law.
3. Tax Collected at Source (TCS) and any other statutory deductions required by applicable law.
4. Any other fees, adjustments, or recoveries expressly permitted under the Seller Agreement or applicable Platform policies.

The commission charged by LX INDIA is inclusive of applicable payment gateway costs.

After accounting for the applicable deductions, the resulting amount is displayed in the seller dashboard as a provisional earning or pending balance. Such display is provided solely for informational and accounting purposes and does not create an immediate right to receive payment.

Amounts reflected as provisional earnings remain subject to delivery confirmation, expiry of the applicable return or replacement window, chargebacks, disputes, refunds, cancellations, regulatory requirements, and other adjustments permitted under Platform policies.
