# Limitation of Liability

## Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, LX INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other similar damages arising out of or relating to:

- Access to or use of the Platform;
- Inability to access or use the Platform;
- Delays, interruptions, or technical issues;
- Actions or omissions of independent sellers, manufacturers, logistics partners, payment service providers, or other third parties;
- Product-related issues, including quality, performance, warranty, service, or after-sales matters.

You acknowledge that LX INDIA operates as a marketplace platform connecting buyers and independent sellers and does not control or guarantee the acts, performance, products, services, or obligations of such third parties, except to the extent expressly provided under applicable law or Platform policies.

LX INDIA shall not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures or disruptions caused by third-party service providers, payment gateways, internet service providers, logistics providers, or technical systems.

In any event, to the maximum extent permitted by law, LX INDIA’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a specific order shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the customer for that particular order.
