## Terms of use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") set forth the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the services made available through the LX INDIA platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "user", "buyer", "customer", "you" or "your", meaning any natural or legal person who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform) and**Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited**(hereinafter referred to as "LX INDIA", "we", "us", or "our").

By completing the registration process, accessing, browsing or using any services provided through the LX INDIA Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, including applicable service terms, Platform policies, and rules governing specific services or features available on the Platform.

For the purposes of interpretation, the terms "we", "us", "our", and "LX INDIA" shall refer to Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited, the owner and operator of the LX INDIA Platform.
