## Maintaining marketplace integrity

To maintain the security, reliability, and integrity of the marketplace, LX INDIA may monitor marketplace activity and retain information where reasonably necessary to:

- Investigate suspected fraud, misuse, unauthorized activities, security incidents, or violations of
  applicable laws;
- Verify compliance with marketplace policies and legal requirements;
- Resolve disputes and investigate transaction related issues;
- Respond to legal or regulatory requests;
- Protect the rights, property, security, and legitimate interests of users, sellers, service providers,
  and the marketplace; and
- Maintain the safe, lawful, and efficient operation of the marketplace
