## **Scope**

This Policy applies to disputes arising out of or relating to:

- Orders placed through the LX INDIA platform;
- Product listings, pricing, descriptions, and content;
- Delivery, returns, refunds, and replacements;
- Payments, settlements, and chargebacks;
- Seller compliance and regulatory obligations.

This Policy shall be read together with other applicable LX INDIA policies, including the Seller Policy Agreement, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Fulfilment Policy.
