The Seller shall indemnify and hold harmless LX INDIA, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and representatives against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses arising from customised products, product defects, IP infringement, misuse of buyer-provided materials, legal violations, or breach of this Policy.
