## Terms of use

This Seller Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the services provided through the LX INDIA Platform. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Seller, being an individual or business entity accessing or using the Platform (“Seller”, “you”, or “your”), and Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited (“LX INDIA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), the operator of the LX INDIA Platform.

By registering as a Seller, accessing the Seller Portal, listing products, or using any services provided by LX INDIA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement, including all applicable Seller Policies, Service Terms, Program Policies, and operational guidelines issued by LX INDIA from time to time.

For the purpose of interpretation of this Agreement, references to LX INDIA shall mean Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited, which operates the LX INDIA marketplace platform.
