## When information is shared

LX INDIA shares information only where such sharing is reasonably necessary to facilitate transactions, operate the marketplace, provide services requested by users, maintain platform security, protect legitimate interests, or comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
We may share information with:

**Sellers**

To facilitate order fulfilment, invoicing, delivery coordination, warranty support, replacements, and transaction related customer service. Sellers will share to courier providers and fulfilment service providers to facilitate the shipment, delivery, return, replacement, or collection of products.

**Payment Service Providers**

Banks, financial institutions, payment gateways, settlement partners, and other authorized payment intermediaries to process transactions, verify payments, manage settlements, and support financial operations.

**Technology Providers**

Cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support providers, and other operational
service providers that assist us in maintaining and improving the marketplace.

**Professional Advisors**

Affiliates, consultants, auditors, legal advisors, and professional service providers were reasonably necessary for legitimate business, operational, compliance, or risk management purposes.

**Legal and Regulatory Authorities**

Courts, regulators, government authorities, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, or other public bodies where disclosure is required, permitted, or reasonably necessary under applicable law, legal process, or regulatory requirements. Disclosures are strictly limited to the minimum scope reasonably necessary for the specific
purpose involved. LX INDIA does not sell personal information as a commercial commodity. However,
information may be shared as part of legitimate operational, compliance, security, and transaction related activities necessary for the operation of the marketplace. Where permitted by applicable law, information may also be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing transaction, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction involving LX INDIA, provided that appropriate measures are taken to protect such
information
