Information is processed only where it is reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and provide the marketplace services that users choose to access.
In practice, this includes using information to:

- Authenticate users and secure accounts;
- Register and administer user accounts;
- Facilitate, process, track, and reconcile orders and payments;
- Maintain records relating to orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, and disputes;
- Handle complaints, customer support requests, and transaction-related enquiries;
- Verify user information and prevent fraud, misuse, unauthorized activities, or security
  incidents;
- Maintain and improve Platform performance, functionality, and security;
- Analyse usage trends and customer interaction patterns to support operational decisions and
  improve user experience;
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and contractual obligations; and
- Protect the rights, property, and legitimate interests of the Platform, its users, sellers, and third
  parties.
