How LX INDIA Retains and Preserves Information #
LX INDIA retains information only for periods that are reasonably necessary to operate the Platform responsibly and lawfully. Retention decisions are based on defined operational and legal needs, including completing transactions, maintaining accurate records, resolving disputes, enforcing platform policies, and protecting the Platform and its users from fraud or misuse.
Information is not retained indefinitely as a matter of routine. Where information is no longer required for an identifiable operational or legal purpose, LX INDIA takes appropriate steps to delete it.
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of information are reviewed carefully. Certain information may continue to be retained where necessary to preserve transactional integrity, resolve disputes, defend legal claims, or safeguard the Platform and its users.
