Platform determination #
Any determination made by LX INDIA under this Policy shall be based on available platform records, applicable policies, contractual obligations, and reasonable commercial practices.
Such determination shall be made solely for platform governance purposes and shall not affect any statutory rights available to Buyers or Sellers under applicable laws.
