LX INDIA shares information only where sharing is necessary to operate the marketplace or comply with legal obligations.

- technology, analytics, or operational service providers supporting the Platform;

Disclosures are limited to the minimum scope reasonably required for the specific purpose involved.
LX INDIA does not treat personal information as a tradable commodity; however, information may be shared as part of legitimate commercial and operational relationships necessary to run the Platform.
