Entire Agreement #
These Terms of Use, together with the policies and notices published on the Platform from time to time, constitute the complete agreement between you and LX INDIA relating to your use of the Platform and Services, and replace any prior versions, discussions or arrangements on the same subject. If LX INDIA delays or does not enforce any right under these Terms, it does not mean that right is waived. Any unclear provision will be interpreted reasonably and will not be interpreted against LX INDIA simply because LX INDIA drafted these Terms.
