Information You Choose to Provide
Users provide information when they create an account, place orders, enter billing or delivery information, communicate with customer support, submit reviews, participate in promotions, or otherwise interact with the Platform. This information enables LX INDIA to identify users, administer accounts, facilitate transactions, process orders, respond to requests, and operate the marketplace effectively. Providing such information is voluntary; however, certain features of the Platform, including account registration, order placement, payment processing, and access to certain services, may not be available unless the required information is provided.

Limitation on Collection
LX INDIA collects and processes information only through the operational activities associated with the use of the Platform and the provision of marketplace services. LX INDIA does not collect information outside these legitimate operational flows except where required or permitted by applicable law
