Indemnification #
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LX INDIA, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs and expenses arising out of or relating to:
(a) your use of the Platform, including any misuse of Platform features;
(b) any breach of these Terms of Use or applicable LX INDIA policies by you;
(c) any violation of applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property, privacy or data protection rights);
(d) any content posted or shared by you on the Platform, including reviews, ratings, messages or feedback, including claims of defamation, misrepresentation, infringement, invasion of privacy or other proprietary rights; or
(e) any fraudulent, unauthorised or suspicious activity carried out through your account.
The obligations under this indemnity shall continue to apply notwithstanding suspension, termination or expiry of these Terms.
