Indemnification #
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LX INDIA, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) arising out of or relating to:
(a) Your access to or use of the Platform, including misuse of Platform features, services, or facilities;
(b) Any breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or any applicable LX INDIA policies by you;
(c) Any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or data protection rights;
(d) Any content, reviews, ratings, messages, feedback, or information submitted by you on the Platform, including claims relating to defamation, misrepresentation, infringement, or violation of third-party rights; or
(e) Any fraudulent, unauthorised, unlawful, or suspicious activity carried out through your account.
The obligations under this indemnity shall survive suspension, termination, or expiry of these Terms of Use.
