Access to and use of the LX INDIA Platform and associated services is limited to individuals and entities who are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian laws.
Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of applicable law, including minors, undischarged insolvents, and persons of unsound mind, are prohibited from accessing, registering on, or conducting transactions through the Platform.
Any individual below eighteen (18) years of age shall not register as a user, create an account, or conduct transactions on the Platform.
If LX INDIA becomes aware that a user is below eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise lacks legal capacity to contract, LX INDIA may restrict access, suspend or terminate such account, and cancel pending transactions where appropriate.
