Escalation and legal remedies #
LX INDIA may encourage amicable resolution, mediation, or other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms before parties proceed with formal legal remedies. If a dispute remains unresolved through platform mechanisms, parties may pursue remedies available under applicable laws.
LX INDIA’s involvement in such proceedings shall remain limited to its role as a marketplace intermediary.
