Why LX INDIA processes information #
Information is processed only where it is reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and deliver the services users choose to access.
In practice, this includes using information to:
- authenticate users and secure accounts;
- process, track, and reconcile orders and payments;
- coordinate fulfilment, delivery, and returns;
- handle complaints, refunds, and customer support requests;
- detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- maintain and improve platform performance and functionality;
- analyse usage trends to support operational decisions;
- display advertisements and promotions within the Platform environment;
- comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Information is not processed in isolation or for purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.
