Product warranty #
Certain products listed on the Platform may include manufacturer or seller warranties, as specified on the relevant product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, warranty periods commence from the date of successful delivery of the product to the buyer.
Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures are determined solely by the respective manufacturer or seller.
Customers may contact the concerned brand, authorised service centre, warranty portal, or seller support channel for warranty claims.
LX INDIA does not provide product warranties and is not a party to warranty arrangements between customers and manufacturers/sellers unless a product is expressly identified as sold and fulfilled by LX INDIA.
LX INDIA may assist customers by facilitating communication with the relevant seller or manufacturer and sharing order-related information where appropriate.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for warranty decisions, repair quality, service delays, replacement decisions, or charges imposed by manufacturers, sellers, or authorised service providers.
