Product Warranty #

Certain products listed on the Platform may carry a manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty, as specified on the relevant product page. Unless expressly stated otherwise, any warranty period shall begin only from the date the product is successfully delivered to the buyer. Warranty coverage, duration and claim conditions are determined solely by the respective manufacturer’s or seller’s warranty policy.

Buyers may claim warranty services directly through the concerned brand’s authorised service centre, warranty portal or support channel, as applicable. LX INDIA does not provide any product warranty and is not a party to any warranty arrangement, unless the product is explicitly identified as “sold and fulfilled by LX INDIA.” Buyers are advised to retain the purchase invoice and original product packaging, as these may be required for warranty verification and claims.

While LX INDIA does not independently provide warranty services, our support team may assist buyers in connecting with the relevant manufacturer or seller and in sharing order-related information for claim facilitation. Any charges relating to warranty repairs, replacement parts, inspection, logistics or service handling shall be governed by the manufacturer’s or seller’s applicable terms and conditions.
