LX INDIA facilitates delivery-related communication and tracking through logistics processes supported by sellers and delivery partners.
Sellers are responsible for dispatching products and providing shipment details through the Platform.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to factors including seller location, delivery address, courier availability, weather conditions, regional restrictions, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LX INDIA and sellers.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the seller and handled according to the applicable Return, Replacement, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
