High RTO (Return to Origin) costs are usually the seller’s responsibility. If RTOs keep happening, we’ll work with you to identify the cause and improve the process .If RTOs remain high over time, we may need to apply temporary limits just to keep the overall service quality stable for everyone.  

Ensure accurate addresses, proper packaging, and timely dispatch. Adhering to platform shipping guidelines reduces RTO and improves delivery success.

LX INDIA ensures GST, KYC, and marketplace compliance by verifying your PAN, GST, and bank details through trusted verification medium. You just need to provide accurate information  

LX INDIA performs periodic compliance checks. If a registration becomes inactive, cancelled, or non-compliant, the seller account may be placed under review. Selling privileges or payouts may be paused until compliance is restored 

In case of a mismatch, the seller will be notified and given an opportunity to update or resubmit correct details. If discrepancies persist, onboarding or payouts may be temporarily paused until verification is successfully completed. 

Yes, sellers with multiple GST registrations or business entities may onboard each entity separately, subject to individual verification and compliance checks for each registration. 

Accounts may be suspended due to policy violations, compliance failures, repeated customer complaints, or fraudulent activity. 

Yes, sellers can raise an appeal through seller support with supporting documents. Each case is reviewed, and decisions are communicated transparently. 

At LX INDIA, we keep your data secure and private. It’s only kept with the right teams when needed for verification or compliance.  

Data retention follows statutory requirements, audit obligations, and internal risk policies. Personally identifiable data is secured and accessed only for legitimate business or legal purposes. 

Responsibility is determined after assessing packaging compliance, courier handling, and delivery condition evidence. Seller liability applies if packaging standards are not met. 

On LX INDIA, sellers can ship products through LX INDIA–approved courier partners available in the preferred aggregator  

 All products must be:

Securely packed to avoid damage

Labeled clearly with order ID and shipping details

Compliant with category-specific packaging guidelines (especially electronics and fragile items) 

Sellers must update tracking information in the LX INDIA seller dashboard immediately after dispatch to enable real-time tracking for buyers 

In case of delays:

Sellers must inform LX INDIA support and the buyer proactively

Repeated delays may impact seller ratings and visibility 

You can update your profile details (name, address, contact details) by logging in to your account and visiting the Profile / Account Settings section. 

Delivered orders will remain unaffected 

Active or pending orders must be completed, cancelled, or refunded before account closure 

Order history may not be accessible after closure 

No. Once an account is permanently closed, the order history cannot be restored. 

Order modifications are not supported once the order is placed. However, you may cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one. 

You can track your order by going to Orders in your LX INDIA account. Real-time updates will be shown once the order is processed or shipped. 

You can cancel an order from Orders before it is dispatched, subject to the seller’s cancellation policy. 

No. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return or replacement after delivery, if eligible. 

Please raise a return request through Orders by uploading with images of the received item for quick resolution. 

You can raise a return or replacement request within the specified return window if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Tracking updates may take some time to refresh. If there is no update for more than 24–48 hours, please contact LX INDIA CX for assistance. 

Currently, selecting a specific delivery date or time is not supported. Delivery depends on the logistics partner’s schedule. 

No extra charges are collected at delivery, except the order amount in case of COD orders. 

If eligible, the return will be picked up from your delivery address by the logistics partner. Pickup timelines will be shared. 

In rare cases, if a pin code becomes non-serviceable, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

You can download the invoice anytime from Orders. Physical warranty cards, if lost, may not

One accidental refusal may not affect your profile, but repeated behavior can trigger restrictions. 

It is very simple you just have to go to your Seller Dashboard page from there select “Request” under Shops. After selecting request then you have to click on “New Request” a drop-down will appear you will seeing “Market place product” just select that and it will land you to “Basic Details” form where you can add product details after adding all the details you can save it and then submit for approval. 

Once getting approved you just have to go to shop inventory under Shops where you will see Master products field on the right side, click on to that and then you will see a list of products you have added. Just at the right end you can see a + icon by clicking on to that icon you will be able to see and add all the details in the Inventory status form. 

Once it is submitted for approval our team will approve after reviewing all the details in the product details form. 

 Unfortunately, No you cannot view your product without adding Inventory. 

Sure, you just have to the seller dashboard select request under shop from there go to new request a drop-down will appear select Brand and a window will appear where you have to put you brand name then save. After saving then you will be redirected to media where you to put you brand image then save it. 

If you are not getting the variant you want to add in your products it’s because the variant required to your specified product has not been created. So you need to create by clicking on the Product Options under the Shop where you will get to options page. On the right end you will find a +New option, click on to that and a window will appear on the right where you have to fill the name and if the product has separate image and color you just have to select Yes or No according to the product requirement. 

It is basically the values of the options for example if your option is color then the values will be black,green,etc. For creating option values you just
have to go under Product Option, you will find a list of product options you have created or if not available you can create one. You just have to click on
this icon ⚞ on the right side and then you will land on option value page. On the top right side you can see +Add Option values, after clicking it then you
will have to enter the option value name and the display order. The display order is basically how you wanted to display your option value in the site. 

No, But it depends on the product. For instance most of the electronic gadgets have model number. 

No worries, you just have to click on to the request for category above the category field in the product addition details form. You will land on a page where you have to enter the category name and select if the product should go under root category or parent category. So, here the root category is the main category and the parent is the sub category of the main category. 

It is simple, you just have to go to media field and select advanced image from there you will redirect to a window. From there you can select the all variant field a drop-down will appear showing you all the list of your added variants. Just select each variant and upload the image from your folder.
