LX INDIA is committed to providing a safe, fair and reliable shopping experience for all users on the Platform. To maintain Platform integrity and prevent misuse, LX INDIA may review usage patterns and account behaviour, including order history, cancellations, delivery acceptance/refusals, return and refund activity, claim frequency, and other account-level indicators relevant to customer support and risk control.
If LX INDIA detects behaviour that appears excessive, abnormal, or inconsistent with typical customer usage — including, without limitation, repeated refusal to accept shipments, unusually high levels of returns, repetitive cancellations, abnormal claim activity, or conduct indicating misuse of offers, refunds, or Platform services — LX INDIA may apply appropriate controls to protect sellers, delivery partners and other users.
Depending on the nature and frequency of such behaviour, LX INDIA may take one or more actions, including: limiting access to certain features or benefits; restricting transactions; discontinuing Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for the account; blocking COD orders or COD payments; placing refund or claim requests under review; or temporarily or permanently preventing the user from transacting on the Platform. These measures may be implemented with or without prior notice and may extend to linked or associated accounts where necessary.
