LX INDIA operates as a marketplace facilitator. Unless expressly stated otherwise, LX INDIA does not manufacture, store, sell, or own the products listed on the platform.
Accordingly: #
- Sellers remain solely responsible for the products they list and sell.
- LX INDIA’s role is limited to facilitating transactions, reviewing platform records, enforcing platform policies, and assisting in dispute resolution in accordance with this Policy.
