Platform role #
LX INDIA operates as a marketplace intermediary facilitating transactions between Buyers and Sellers. LX INDIA does not manufacture, own, store, sell, inspect, repair, or control the products listed by Sellers on the platform unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Seller shall remain solely responsible for the products listed and sold through the platform, including product quality, authenticity, legality, packaging, shipment, delivery obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.
LX INDIA’s role shall be limited to facilitating transactions, maintaining platform records, enforcing platform policies, and assisting in dispute resolution between Buyers and Sellers.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for any act, omission, defect, delay, misrepresentation, regulatory non compliance, or breach attributable to the Seller, manufacturer, logistics partner, payment service provider, or any third party involved in the transaction, except where such liability arises due to LX INDIA’s own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
