How Products Are Packed and Handled #
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that products are packed appropriately and securely for transportation, considering the nature of the product and applicable handling requirements.
LX INDIA does not physically handle, inspect, open, approve, or repackage products before shipment.
Products are handled by sellers and logistics partners in accordance with their respective processes.
Buyers are encouraged to inspect packages at the time of delivery. If a package appears damaged, tampered with, or inconsistent with the order placed, customers should document the condition and contact LX INDIA through available support channels.
