LX INDIA allows customers to post reviews, ratings, photos and other feedback to help users make informed purchase decisions and to help sellers improve their products and services.
When submitting any review, rating, comment, image, video or other feedback (“Review Content”), you agree that it must be truthful, relevant and based on your genuine experience with the product or seller, and shared in a respectful manner.
You must not post Review Content that is false or misleading; abusive, threatening, obscene or hateful; contains personal contact details; promotes external websites, referral links or spam; or infringes any rights or violates applicable law.
Review Content may be reviewed and removed if it does not follow these guidelines. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of users and LX INDIA does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy of all user-submitted content.
By posting Review Content, you permit LX INDIA to display it on the Platform and to use it in LX INDIA communications and promotions (including product pages, banners, emails, advertisements and social media), with attribution to your name/display name where feasible.
