What happens if bank verification fails or payout details change?
Payouts are paused until bank details are successfully verified. Sellers can update bank information through the seller dashboard, followed by re-verification.
Who bears losses due to high RTO rates?
High RTO (Return to Origin) costs are usually the seller’s responsibility. If RTOs keep happening, we’ll work with you to identify the cause and improve the process .If RTOs remain high over time, we may need to apply temporary limits just to keep the overall service quality stable for everyone.
How can we reduce RTO (Return to Origin) and failed deliveries?
Ensure accurate addresses, proper packaging, and timely dispatch. Adhering to platform shipping guidelines reduces RTO and improves delivery success.

How to list our products?
It is very simple you just have to go to your Seller Dashboard page from there select “Request” under Shops. After selecting request then you have to click on “New Request” a drop-down will appear you will seeing “Market place product” just select that and it will land you to “Basic Details” form where you can add product details after adding all the details you can save it and then submit for approval.
Where will I add my inventory
Once getting approved you just have to go to shop inventory under Shops where you will see Master products field on the right side, click on to that and then you will see a list of products you have added. Just at the right end you can see a + icon by clicking on to that icon you will be able to see and add all the details in the Inventory status form.
How long its take to approve each products ?
Once it is submitted for approval our team will approve after reviewing all the details in the product details form.
Can I view my product in LX INDIA without filling inventory?
Unfortunately, No you cannot view your product without adding Inventory.
Where can I request my brand ?
Sure, you just have to the seller dashboard select request under shop from there go to new request a drop-down will appear select Brand and a window will appear where you have to put you brand name then save. After saving then you will be redirected to media where you to put you brand image then save it.
I cannot add variants for my products as it is not showing while filling the details, what to do now ?
If you are not getting the variant you want to add in your products it’s because the variant required to your specified product has not been created. So you need to create by clicking on the Product Options under the Shop where you will get to options page. On the right end you will find a +New option, click on to that and a window will appear on the right where you have to fill the name and if the product has separate image and color you just have to select Yes or No according to the product requirement.
What is option values ?
It is basically the values of the options for example if your option is color then the values will be black,green,etc. For creating option values you just
have to go under Product Option, you will find a list of product options you have created or if not available you can create one. You just have to click on
this icon ⚞ on the right side and then you will land on option value page. On the top right side you can see +Add Option values, after clicking it then you
will have to enter the option value name and the display order. The display order is basically how you wanted to display your option value in the site.Is Modal Number is necessary while filling the product details ?
No, But it depends on the product. For instance most of the electronic gadgets have model number.
While adding my product I didn’t find my category in the list ?
No worries, you just have to click on to the request for category above the category field in the product addition details form. You will land on a page where you have to enter the category name and select if the product should go under root category or parent category. So, here the root category is the main category and the parent is the sub category of the main category.
Where should I add variant images separately ?
It is simple, you just have to go to media field and select advanced image from there you will redirect to a window. From there you can select the all variant field a drop-down will appear showing you all the list of your added variants. Just select each variant and upload the image from your folder.
