The Seller shall use Buyer information solely for the purpose of order fulfilment and shipment in accordance with the Buyer Information and Communication Policy and other applicable Platform policies issued by LX INDIA in SHIPPING AND ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY . The Seller shall comply with all restrictions relating to the access, use, disclosure, and handling of Buyer information as set out in such policies.
The Seller shall be solely responsible for arranging and managing shipment of Products through logistics service providers approved or verified by LX INDIA. LX INDIA does not provide, undertake, manage, supervise, or control logistics or delivery services and is not a party to any arrangement between the Seller and the logistics service provider.
The Seller shall ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the selected logistics service provider and shall provide all information, documents, and assistance necessary for successful shipment and delivery. The logistics service provider may contact the Buyer only to the extent necessary for delivery of the order. The Seller shall not directly contact the Buyer, and Buyer information shall be used solely for shipment and fulfillment in accordance with this Agreement.
LX INDIA shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage, non-delivery, misdelivery, theft, shortage, or any act or omission of any logistics service provider, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
