Settlement of Escrow Amounts #

Amounts received and held in the applicable escrow or settlement account shall be released and transferred in accordance with the applicable settlement cycle, subject to deductions, adjustments, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, applicable fees, taxes, and other amounts payable or recoverable under the Seller Agreement and Platform policies.

Retention of Decimal Amounts #

Where the amount calculated for transfer from the escrow or settlement account to the Seller’s wallet contains a decimal or fractional amount that cannot be transferred or credited as part of the applicable transfer process, such decimal or fractional amount shall not be rounded off.

The untransferable decimal or fractional balance shall remain recorded in the applicable escrow, settlement, or ledger account against the Seller.

Accumulation and Subsequent Release #

The retained decimal or fractional amounts may accumulate over subsequent settlement cycles.

Once the accumulated balance reaches an amount that can be processed in accordance with the applicable payment, and Platform systems, the accumulated amount may be released and credited to the Seller’s wallet as part of a subsequent settlement cycle.

For clarity, LX INDIA shall not arbitrarily round up or round down such amounts solely for the purpose of completing a settlement. The actual fractional balance shall remain recorded and shall be carried forward until it becomes eligible for processing in accordance with the applicable settlement mechanism.

Ledger and Settlement Records #

The Seller acknowledges that the amounts reflected in the Platform’s settlement ledger, wallet statement, invoice, or transaction records may include fractional balances carried forward from previous settlement cycles.

The Seller shall review its settlement statements and may raise any discrepancy through the prescribed support channel, together with the relevant transaction or settlement details.
