Shipping and Order Fulfillment #
The Seller shall bear sole responsibility for the packaging, shipment, and timely delivery of all products sold through the Platform, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, Platform policies and operational requirements.
Products shall be packed securely and in accordance with the packaging guidelines prescribed by LX India from time to time, including the use of shipping labels or documentation provided by the Platform, where applicable.
- The seller shall pack the products with the label provided by LX INDIA The seller should be required to dispatch the product/ Service within 24 hours from the time of order received.
- The Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to dispatch confirmed orders within the timelines communicated by the Platform.
- Seller have the duty to pack the product properly.The seller shall record a 360 degree product video for quality check purposes as to ensure the genuineness of the product, upload the video after packing the product to the sellers portal.(Video can be deleted after the fulfillment of the order)
- Seller shall update the despatch information in the seller Portal within 1hour from the time of despatch
- Seller shall Dispatch the orders only through channels approved by LX INDIA.
- The papers of Delivery and Dispatch should be kept by the seller for a period of One year from the date of Dispatch and shall produce such records to LX India upon request for audit, verification, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
- The seller should submit the Documents whenever LX INDIA demands, within this time period LX INDIA have the right to examine the documents.
- Seller agrees that the dispatch details shall be true, correct, and duly authorised and shall not be misleading, fraudulent, false, unauthorised, illegal and shall not contain any misrepresentation of facts.
- If the seller fails to provide the dispatch details or the provided dispatch details didn’t comply with the policy of LX INDIA the seller will be suspended/ Terminated from using the platform.
The Seller represents and warrants that all dispatch, shipment, and delivery information provided on the Platform is true, accurate, complete, duly authorised, and not misleading, fraudulent, or false.
Failure to comply with the Platform’s shipping, documentation, or fulfilment requirements may result in appropriate action by LX India, including suspension of listings, withholding of payments, restriction of Seller access, or termination of the Seller Account, in accordance with this Terms of Use and applicable policies.
