Return, Replacement and Refund #
Returns, replacements, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds on the LX INDIA Platform shall be governed by LX INDIA’s applicable Return, Replacement and Refund Policy, as amended from time to time.
The Seller agrees to comply with the procedures, timelines, verification requirements, documentation requirements, and obligations prescribed under such policies.
The Seller acknowledges that the return, replacement, and refund process is facilitated through the LX INDIA Platform to provide a structured customer experience. However, the Seller remains solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, conformity, and condition of the products supplied by the Seller.
LX INDIA may facilitate communication, verification, processing, and settlement adjustments relating to returns, replacements, and refunds. Such facilitation shall not constitute acceptance of ownership, liability, or responsibility for the products sold by the Seller.
