Sellers offering customised or made-to-order products on LX INDIA shall be responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, clear and not misleading.
Sellers must clearly specify:
- the customisation options available for the product;
- any design, content, measurements or other information required from the buyer;
- the estimated production and delivery timelines; and
- any limitations relating to the customisation process.
Sellers shall ensure that the customised product delivered to the buyer corresponds with the specifications agreed at the time of order.
Sellers remain responsible for the quality, workmanship and accuracy of customised products supplied through the platform.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in actions by LX INDIA, including removal of listings, suspension of the seller account, or other measures considered appropriate under the platform’s policies.
