For the purposes of this Policy, customised or made-to-order products include any products that are created, produced, assembled or modified based on the specifications, preferences or requirements of a buyer.
This includes products that are:
- personalised with names, text, images, logos or other buyer-provided content;
- manufactured or produced only after an order is placed;
- designed, tailored or modified in accordance with measurements, specifications or design inputs provided by the buyer; or
- otherwise prepared specifically for an individual order and not held as standard inventory.
Products falling within the above categories shall be treated as customised or made-to-order products for the purposes of this Policy, irrespective of how they are described or categorised by the seller.
LX INDIA reserves the right to determine whether a product listed on the platform falls within the scope of this Policy.
