Severability #
If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority or court, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
If modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid and enforceable.
