Seller Responsibilities #
The seller is responsible for ensuring that the brand information submitted to LX INDIA is accurate, complete, and supported by genuine and valid documentation wherever documentation is required.
The seller must ensure that products listed under a particular brand actually correspond to that brand and that the seller has the necessary ownership, authorization, or other lawful basis to use the brand name and related intellectual property.
The seller is also responsible for ensuring that product images, titles, descriptions, packaging information, trademarks, logos, and other listing content accurately represent the product and do not mislead customers or knowingly infringe the intellectual property rights of another person or entity.
If there is a change in brand ownership, trademark status, authorization, distribution rights, or any other material information relating to a listed brand, the seller must promptly notify LX INDIA and provide updated documentation where required.
