Customer Refusal / Non-Acceptance at Delivery #
Where a customer refuses to accept delivery of a product, is unavailable despite multiple delivery attempts, or the order is returned undelivered (“Return-to-Origin” or “RTO”), LX INDIA may treat the order as cancelled. Upon receipt of the returned product and completion of any applicable verification, the customer refund, if any, shall be processed as per Platform procedures.
Where such return is not attributable to the Seller’s fault (including wrong product, damage, or misdescription), LX INDIA reserves the right to deduct applicable return shipping charges and other actual costs incurred (including payment gateway charges, where applicable) from the refund amount payable to the customer, and/or from Seller settlements as per Platform policies.
