SELLER ELIGIBILITY #
Access to and use of the Platform and its associated services is strictly limited to individuals and legal entities that are competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Persons who are incompetent to contract within the meaning of this Act— including minors, persons of unsound mind, undischarged insolvents and any other persons who are disqualified from contracting under applicable law are expressly prohibited from accessing, using, registering on, or transacting through the Platform in any capacity.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, individuals who have not attained the age of eighteen (18) years shall not be eligible to register as Sellers, list goods or services, enter into transactions, or otherwise use the Platform. If the Platform becomes aware that a Seller is under eighteen (18) years of age or otherwise lacks legal capacity to contract, whether through disclosures, verification, or otherwise, the Platform may, in its reasonable discretion, terminate the Seller’s registration, cancel pending or ongoing transactions, and restrict or deny access to the Platform, with or without prior notice where circumstances so require.
Where registration is undertaken on behalf of a company, partnership, limited liability partnership, or other legal entity, the individual completing such registration represents and warrants that he or she is duly authorised under applicable law and the entity’s constituent documents to bind the entity to these Terms of Use. All actions, transactions, and activities conducted through such registration shall be deemed to have been undertaken by, and shall be legally valid and binding upon, the relevant entity.
A Seller may maintain only one registered account on the Platform. The creation or operation of multiple Seller accounts, whether directly or indirectly, without prior written approval, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all related accounts.
