Seller eligibility #
Access to and use of the LX INDIA Platform as a Seller shall be available only to persons and entities legally competent to enter into binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable laws.
Persons who are not legally competent to contract, including minors, persons of unsound mind, undischarged insolvents or persons otherwise disqualified under applicable law, shall not register as Sellers or conduct commercial activities through the Platform.
Individuals below eighteen (18) years of age shall not be permitted to create Seller accounts, list products, or undertake transactions through the Platform.
Where LX INDIA becomes aware that a Seller does not satisfy the eligibility requirements or has provided incorrect information regarding eligibility, may suspend, restrict, or terminate the Seller Account in accordance with this Agreement.
Where a Seller registers on behalf of a company, partnership, limited liability partnership, proprietorship, or any other legal entity, the person completing such registration represents and warrants that he/she has the necessary authority to legally bind such entity. All activities conducted through such Seller Account shall be deemed to have been undertaken by the concerned entity, and such entity shall remain responsible for all obligations, liabilities, and compliance requirements arising from such activities.
A Seller shall maintain only one Seller Account on the Platform unless otherwise approved by LX INDIA in writing. Creation or operation of multiple accounts, whether directly or indirectly, for the purpose of avoiding restrictions, verification requirements, suspension measures, or other Platform controls shall be considered a violation of this Agreement.
