Charges #
Registration on the LX INDIA Platform is free of charge, and no fees shall be charged merely for browsing or registering as a Seller. However, Sellers acknowledge that certain services, facilities, transactions, or marketplace features provided through the Platform may be subject to applicable charges, commissions, transaction fees, or other amounts as specified under LX INDIA’s applicable policies.
Before listing products or services on the Platform, Sellers are required to review the applicable Commission Policy, Seller Payout and Settlement Policy, and other applicable commercial terms, which shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
LX INDIA reserves the right to revise existing charges, introduce new charges, or modify applicable commission structures, service fees, or transaction related charges from time to time. Any such changes shall be communicated through the Platform, Seller Portal, applicable policies, or other official communication channels.
Continued use of the Platform after such changes become effective shall constitute acceptance of the revised charges and commercial terms.
Unless otherwise specified, all amounts payable to LX INDIA shall be calculated and settled in Indian Rupees (INR). The Seller shall be solely responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, levies, statutory charges, and financial obligations arising from transactions conducted through the Platform or from the Seller’s use of Platform services.
The Seller authorises LX INDIA to deduct applicable charges, commissions, fees, taxes, refunds, adjustments, penalties, or other amounts payable under this Agreement or applicable policies from amounts payable to the Seller.
Such deductions shall be limited to amounts payable under applicable policies, contractual obligations, legal requirements, transaction adjustments, refunds, disputes, or other legitimate claims arising in connection with the Seller’s activities on the Platform.
