Indemnification #
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LX INDIA, its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and permitted assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or relating to:
(a) any breach of, or alleged breach of, any representation, warranty, covenant, or undertaking made by you under these Terms of Use or any Platform policy;
(b) your failure to perform, comply with, or fulfill any of your obligations under these Terms of Use;
(c) any violation of applicable law, regulation, notification, or third-party right by you, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, data protection obligations, consumer protection requirements, or the payment of statutory dues, taxes, or levies; or
(d) any claim or allegation of defamation, libel, invasion of privacy, infringement of rights of publicity, or infringement of any proprietary or personal rights arising from your listings, content, products, or conduct on or through the Platform.
This indemnity obligation shall survive the suspension, termination, or expiry of your relationship with LX INDIA and shall apply regardless of whether such claims arise during or after your use of the Platform.
