Trademark, Copyright, and Intellectual Property #
The LX INDIA Platform, including its software, technology, design, logos, trademarks, service marks, content, graphics, databases, text, images, and other proprietary materials, is owned, controlled, or licensed by LX INDIA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, no Seller shall copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any LX INDIA intellectual property without prior handwritten permission from LX INDIA.
Any unauthorised use of LX INDIA intellectual property, including its trademarks, logos, brand identity, domain names, or other proprietary materials, may result in suspension or termination of the Seller Account and may also result in legal action.
USE OF LX INDIA TRADEMARKS #
The names “LX INDIA”, “Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited”, LX INDIA logos, brand identifiers, domain names, subdomains, slogans, and related marks represent the goodwill and intellectual property of LX INDIA.
The Seller shall not use LX INDIA trademarks, logos, domain names, social media identifiers, keywords, advertisements, packaging materials, or promotional content containing LX INDIA branding without prior written approval.
Any permitted use of LX INDIA branding shall be strictly limited to the purpose approved by LX INDIA and shall not create any ownership rights or commercial association beyond such permission.
SELLER-PROVIDED CONTENT #
The Seller retains ownership of all content, materials, information, images, videos, product descriptions, trademarks, and other materials uploaded or provided by the Seller through the Platform (“Seller Content”).
The Seller represents and warrants that:
- the Seller owns or has valid rights to use such Seller Content;
- such Seller Content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- such Seller Content complies with applicable laws and Platform policies.
By submitting Seller Content on the Platform, the Seller grants LX INDIA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, host, store, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and communicate such Seller Content solely for the purposes of:
- operating the Platform;
- displaying Seller products to Buyers;
- improving Platform services;
- marketing and promoting the Platform and Seller listings;
- complying with legal, regulatory, dispute resolution, and record keeping requirements.
The licence granted to LX INDIA shall not transfer ownership of Seller Content to LX INDIA. The Seller shall continue to retain ownership of its intellectual property rights.
