Trademark, Copyright, and Intellectual Property #
The Platform is owned and operated by LX INDIA. All content made available on or through the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio-visual material, software, data compilations, design elements and any other proprietary material — is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. All rights in such material are reserved by LX INDIA and/or the respective rights holders.
Any use from which you derive a direct or indirect commercial or promotional benefit shall be treated as commercial use.
Use of LX INDIA Trademarks #
The names “LX INDIA”, the LX INDIA logo, and all related names, logos, marks, slogans, and brand identifiers (including LX INDIA’s official domains and subdomains such as levelxmicro.com, lxindia.com, cx.lxindia.com, and onboarding.lxindia.com) are proprietary assets of LX INDIA and represent LX INDIA’s goodwill.
You shall not use, copy, reproduce, publish, register, display, imitate, or otherwise exploit any of the foregoing (including in any domain/subdomain name, social media handle, keyword, metatag, advertisement, packaging, listing content, or promotional material) without LX INDIA’s prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of LX INDIA’s intellectual property, trademarks, branding, or official domains may result in suspension or termination of your Seller Account and may also invite legal action.
Seller-Provided Content #
You retain ownership of all content uploaded, published or otherwise made available by you on the Platform, including product descriptions, images, videos, brand identifiers and other material (“Seller Content”). You are solely responsible for Seller Content and for ensuring that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
By uploading, publishing, or otherwise submitting Seller Content on the Platform, you permit LX INDIA to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, publish, display, distribute, and promote such Seller Content worldwide for the purpose of operating, improving, and marketing the Platform and its related services. This permission will continue as long as reasonably required for Platform operations, legal compliance, record-keeping, and dispute resolution, even after your Seller Account is closed or terminated.
