In the course of fulfilling customised or made-to-order orders, sellers may receive personal information, images, designs or other materials from buyers.
Such information shall be used only for the purpose of completing the relevant order.
Sellers shall take reasonable measures to ensure that buyer information and uploaded materials are handled securely and are not disclosed, stored or used for any purpose unrelated to the order.
LX INDIA shall not be responsible for any misuse, unauthorised disclosure or improper handling of buyer information by sellers.
