Customised and made-to-order products listed on LX INDIA are manufactured or prepared specifically based on buyer specifications and are therefore classified as non-returnable products.
Orders for such products may not be cancelled or modified once production has commenced.
Notwithstanding the above, buyers may request a replacement or refund where the product delivered:
- is defective or damaged upon delivery;
- materially differs from the confirmed customisation specifications; or
- does not correspond with the product description provided in the listing.
Sellers shall be responsible for addressing such requests in accordance with the applicable platform policies.
LX INDIA may review complaints relating to customised products and take appropriate action where sellers fail to resolve legitimate issues raised by buyers.
