Returns, refunds and cancellations #

Since customised and made-to-order products are prepared specifically for individual buyers and cannot ordinarily be resold, such products shall generally be treated as non-returnable.

Orders may not be cancelled after production has commenced.

Returns, replacements or refunds shall not be accepted solely due to change of mind, buyer error in providing specifications, incorrect measurements, incorrect text or spelling, or dissatisfaction with approved customisation details.

However, buyers may raise requests where:

• the product is damaged upon delivery;
• the product has a manufacturing defect;
• the product materially differs from confirmed customisation specifications due to seller error; or
• the product is substantially different from the product description.

The seller shall remain responsible for resolving valid claims relating to customised products in accordance with applicable LX INDIA policies.
