Customised or made-to-order products listed on LX INDIA may involve the use of images, logos, artwork, designs or other materials provided by buyers for the purpose of customisation.
Such materials shall be used by sellers solely for the purpose of fulfilling the relevant order.
Sellers remain responsible for ensuring that the manufacture or supply of customised products does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
LX INDIA does not verify the ownership or licensing of materials used in customised products and shall not be responsible for any intellectual property disputes arising from the use of such materials.
