Scope of this policy #
This Customised and Made-to-Order Products Policy (“Policy”) governs the listing, sale, production, customisation, fulfilment, cancellation, replacement and refund of customised and made-to-order products offered by sellers through the LX INDIA marketplace.
This Policy forms part of the LX INDIA Seller Policy and shall be read together with applicable marketplace policies, seller terms, product requirements and other guidelines issued by LX INDIA from time to time.
By listing or selling customised or made-to-order products on LX INDIA, sellers agree to comply with this Policy and remain responsible for fulfilling all obligations applicable to such products.
