Terms of Use #
This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of the services made available through a designated account or accounts and constitutes a binding legal contract between you, or the business entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “Seller,” “you,” or “your”), and Levelx Micro Systemes Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “LX INDIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing the registration process for, or by accessing or using, any of the services provided by LX INDIA, you, on behalf of yourself or the business entity you represent, expressly acknowledge, agree, and undertake to be legally bound by all provisions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the applicable Service Terms and Program Policies governing each specific service that you register for or utilize in connection with the LX INDIA platform. For the purposes of interpretation, the terms “we,” “us,” and “LX INDIA” shall refer to the LX INDIA entity identified in the applicable Service Terms.
