Verification of Returned Products #
Upon receipt of any returned product, the Seller shall be entitled to conduct a verification and quality check (“Verification”) before accepting the return, approving replacement, or processing any refund.
During Verification, the Seller may confirm that:
(a) No Customer-Caused Damage / Misuse: the product has not been damaged, altered, misused, improperly installed, repaired, tampered with, or handled in a manner inconsistent with normal and reasonable inspection while in the customer’s possession;
(b) Same Product Returned: the product returned is the same product originally shipped to the customer, and has not been substituted, exchanged, or replaced with any other item or part;
(c) Original Condition and Completeness: the product is returned in its original condition, along with all original packaging, tags (including MRP tag where applicable), manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and all accessories or components supplied at the time of delivery;
(d) Limited Inspection Only: where the customer claims the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from its description, the customer may open and inspect the product only to the extent reasonably necessary to identify and confirm the issue. The product must not be used, altered, assembled, installed, washed, consumed, repaired, or handled beyond such limited inspection; and
(e) Tamper / Seal Requirements: where applicable, any tamper seals, authenticity labels, protective films, or security packaging provided with the product are intact and not removed or damaged, except to the extent reasonably necessary for inspection of the claimed issue.
If the returned product does not satisfy the above Verification conditions, the Seller shall be entitled to reject the return request in accordance with this Policy, and no refund or replacement shall be required to be processed for such return.
